RSI at a Glance

A school improvement partner built around
implementation, not just ideas.

Ronnis Systems Inc. is a premier educational consulting company founded by Dr. Todd F. Forgette, Ed.D. — a practitioner, builder, and school leader with over 26 years of active work in classrooms, schools, and districts across multiple states.

RSI supports district central offices, charter networks, and individual schools by building leadership capacity, strengthening instructional practice, establishing effective cultures, implementing evidence-based programs, and developing data-driven systems that produce measurable, sustainable results.

"What distinguishes RSI from all other consulting firms is simple: every framework RSI brings to partner schools is actively designed, documented, deployed, and refined at Wayne STEM Academy — Dr. Forgette's own Title I public charter school. RSI does not sell theory. RSI delivers a living, tested, documented model."

What Drives Us

Purpose · Vision · Mission

Three statements. One direction. Every RSI engagement is anchored here.

01 Purpose

"To provide educational institutions with the expertise and support needed to positively impact scholar achievement — in both academics and leadership."

RSI exists to move the needle on what matters most — scholar outcomes. Every engagement, every framework, every coaching relationship is designed to produce real, measurable change in classrooms and schools.

02 Vision

"That every child achieves academic excellence, unlocks their leadership potential, and becomes an inspiration to others."

RSI's vision goes beyond test scores. The long-term aspiration is scholars who are not just academically capable but genuinely equipped to lead — in their communities and beyond.

03 Mission

"To increase educators' strategic knowledge and positively impact scholar learning through customized professional development, coaching, and implementation support."

The mission is specific about the how: not generic workshops, but customized, targeted support that meets educators where they are and builds the capacity that sticks.

Purpose, Vision, and Mission are not wall decorations at RSI. They are the lens through which every service package is designed, every partnership is structured, and every outcome is measured. When RSI works with your school, these three statements are the standard we hold ourselves to.

The RSI Difference · The Living Model

No Other Educational Consulting Firm Can Say This.

Wayne STEM Academy is not a case study, a reference client, or a pilot program. It is RSI's own Title I public charter school — the living model from which every service package is drawn, tested, and continuously refined. When RSI works with your school, you are accessing a complete, replicable school improvement architecture operating in a real school with real scholars right now.

"

"The Character Ethic is the key to creating an environment where every scholar feels they truly belong. Every child is valued as an individual — not just as a student. That belief doesn't start in a policy document. It starts with the adults in the building deciding who they are going to be."

— Dr. Todd F. Forgette, Ed.D.

Meet the Founder

Dr. Todd F. Forgette

Ed.D. · 26+ Years of Educational Leadership

Dr. Forgette's career spans every layer of school success — from special education classroom teacher and building principal to charter school CEO and national educational consultant. That full arc of lived experience is the foundation of everything RSI delivers. Every framework, every coaching protocol, every service package reflects what it actually looks like to build something that works — from the classroom up.

As Founder and CEO of Ronnis Systems Inc., Dr. Forgette leads a team of experienced consultants delivering school improvement support across five states. As Executive Director of Wayne STEM Academy, he simultaneously designs, deploys, and refines the same model he brings to partner schools — every single school day. His doctoral dissertation, "The Impact of Instructional Coaching on Student Achievement" (University of Phoenix, 2013), formalized the research behind the coaching frameworks RSI delivers nationwide.

Dr. Forgette also served as Adjunct Professor at Longwood University's College of Education & Human Services (2008–2011), teaching graduate-level Special Education courses including Evidence-Based Language Arts Curriculum and Behavior Management — deepening the instructional science foundation that informs every RSI training and coaching engagement. He later served as Associate Graduate Faculty at Radford University (2020–2024), supervising doctoral candidates and serving on dissertation committees in the Graduate School of Education.
